“My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him.  He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will never be shaken.”   Psalm 62:1,2

After returning to complete my degree in Elementary Education, I graduated from the University of Montana in the summer of 2000.  I worked as a substitute teacher in the Bitterroot Valley, where I live with my wonderful husband and family.

My experience with Valley Christian School began as a parent in 2001.  What a blessing to find such a wonderful school for our children.  It was in the Spring of 2007 that I knew I was being called to apply for a teaching position.  I feel I have been given a gift in the opportunity to serve here at Valley and am having a great time along the way.

I teach Junior High English, Seventh Grade Bible and Junior High Girl’s Discipleship.  I believe I learn as much on a daily basis as the students.  It is amazing to see God at work in each of our lives and through our relationships with one another.  The Lord truly is my rock.
